What the service covers
- Design, procurement, installation, and configuration of security appliances, including intrusion detection and prevention, malware detection and prevention, and content and DNS filtering.
- Segmentation with VLANs, and QoS and security policy per kind of traffic.
- Penetration testing at three depths: level 1 black-box, level 2 grey-box, and level 3 white-box, from reconnaissance through reporting. Risk and vulnerability assessments can be limited to level 1 or run as a fuller test. Compliance-oriented testing is part of managed cybersecurity.
- Continuous vulnerability scanning and remediation.
- Email and data protection: encryption and data-loss prevention for information in transit and at rest.
- Real-time monitoring, incident response, and employee training next to the technical controls.
